HOW IT WORKS
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
1. You enter for either the 5km, 8km or 12km.
2. This will be the minimum distance that you should do on competition days.
3. It counts as a run if you go faster than 10min/km pace
4. Once everyone has entered, you will be randomly divided into groups which will be forming the teams. We will have 6 x teams named T - R - I - V - U - M
5. Your team will then need to run the total distance on a weekly basis depending on the kilometers you entered for. (the total will be given to you after the teams are allocated)
6. You can run more kilometers than the minimum you entered for, but you are not allowed to run more than 90 min on competition days.
7. After every competition day - updates will be given regarding the latest results.
8. Wear your heart rate monitor during runs, as this will count for when teams draw even.

Only your runs on these nominated days will count, not runs done on a Tuesday or any other day.

HOW DO YOU SYNC YOUR RUN?
It is going to be very easy as everyone is already synced on training peaks with Trivium. Make sure to start your watch and sync it to training peaks when you are done with the run.
WHAT IS THE WINNING PRIzE?

1. We will look for the team that has reached the most weekly goals
2. If still a draw, we will look for the team that has reached the most daily goals
3. If still a draw, we will look for the team that has reached their monthly goals in the fastest time
FOR THE COMPETITION ON REACHING THE MOST KILOMETRES RUN:
1. We will look at the team who has run the most kilometres on the lowest average heart rates

2. If still a draw, we will look for the team that has reached the most daily goals

What if i run more than 90 min
We want the competition to be fair and that is why there is a time limit, otherwise the athletes that are used to longer distances will have an advantage and add a lot of kilometers in one day.
