WHEN TO START TO TRAIN?
ONLY AFTER 10-DAYS OF REST (since day of onset of symptoms or day tested positive)
AND
7-days without symptoms after the rest period (see symptom checklist) E.g. 5 days with symptoms + 7 days without symptoms = start training after 12 days.
AND
No medication is being used to treat symptoms
AND
